General booking conditions

1. Acceptance

Making any reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.  

2. User

The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and updating of the information provided.  

3. Prepayment

To confirm the booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer. The validity of the booking is subject to the acceptance of payment by the bank.  

4. Booking confirmation

The remaining 50% of the total amount, as well as the refundable security deposit, must be paid in the days prior to arrival as stipulated in the contract. The booking will only be considered fully confirmed when the user receives an email with the confirmation and booking number.  

5. Protection and use of information

All information provided by the user is stored on a secure server and will be accessible exclusively by authorised personnel in the booking department. This data will be used for the management of the booking and, when authorised by the customer, for the sending of commercial or promotional communications.  

6. Occupancy and rules

The customer may only accommodate the maximum number of people indicated in the accommodation details and in the contracted rate. If the permitted limit is exceeded, a charge may be applied and deducted from the security deposit. In situations of excessive noise, inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with community rules, the company reserves the right to evict the property and retain the security deposit in full.  

7. Cleaning

The accommodation will be delivered completely clean. The customer agrees to leave it in a reasonable condition, free of rubbish or food waste. – A charge of €50 will be deducted from the deposit if rubbish is found inside the accommodation at the time of check-out. – Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. If signs of smoking are detected indoors, the company may retain the security deposit.  

8. Equipment and condition of the apartment

The customer must maintain the accommodation, its furniture and equipment in the same condition in which they were delivered. Any damage caused will be deducted from the security deposit.  

9. Modifications by the company

In cases of force majeure (unforeseen damage, urgent maintenance or sudden unavailability), the company may replace the booked accommodation with another of the same or superior characteristics, at no additional cost to the customer.  

10. Security deposit

Upon arrival, the customer must provide a credit or debit card to block the security deposit for the amount indicated in the booking. The deposit is fully refundable and is usually released between 15 and 20 days after check-out. Any costs incurred to restore the accommodation to its original condition will be deducted from the deposit.  

11. Cancellation policy

For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.  

12. Late check-out

The standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs will incur a charge of between €100 and the price of the following night, depending on the time of departure and the costs incurred.  

13. Check-in

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Late check-in will incur the following charges, payable in cash: – From 9:00 p.m. to midnight → €40 – From 00:00 to 05:00 → €60  

14. Privacy policy

Our Privacy Policy complies with current data protection regulations, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and complementary legislation. We manage and process your personal data with the utmost rigour and transparency, informing you of your rights and how we use the information provided.

All data requested from the customer forms part of the booking contract.

Electronic contract

The contract is formalised exclusively through emails exchanged between both parties.

Contract archive

Both parties agree that Icnea Tecnología SL (Mandri 38, Barcelona) will act as a trusted third party, safeguarding the contract records.

Promotional communications

The customer authorises the receipt of commercial communications via email and may unsubscribe at any time.

Complaints procedure
