Vacation Benalmádena was founded in 2017 by Ignacio Rodríguez Peinado and Adrián Merchán Paredes, who combined their expertise in hospitality and finance to create a unique property management service on the Costa del Sol.
At Vacation Benalmádena, our story began in 2017 with the vision of creating a unique and professional property management service. Founded by Ignacio Rodríguez Peinado and Adrián Merchán Paredes, we combined our diverse backgrounds to build a company focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.
Nacho, with a degree in Hospitality Management from the Netherlands and experience in similar projects within the industry, brought his expertise in the tourism and property rental industry. Adrián, with a strong foundation in Economics and Finance and experience in private banking at Banco Santander, contributed his knowledge in administration and business management.
Our journey started with the opportunity to manage several properties in Benalmádena, where our passion and dedication helped us grow quickly. What began as N&A RENTALS SL soon evolved into Vacation Benalmádena & Torremolinos, adopting the prestigious Vacation Marbella brand as our inspiration.
Today, we proudly offer a comprehensive service. Adrián takes care of the administrative and financial aspects, including accounting, employee management, and property maintenance. Meanwhile, Nacho focuses on the commercial side, managing reservations and optimizing pricing strategies.
