entrance connects to a large living room and to the kitchen, on the upper floors there are 3 bedrooms and
3 full bathrooms.

Netflix nights, watching its wide variety of films.
Due to its more than 300 sunny days per year, Benalmadena is a perfect place even in winter where you
can really sunbathe at 20º.

It is a residential area with 24 hours surveillance service. and a guard guarding the traffic in the area and doing rounds all night.
It also has an entrance from the street with green spaces and it is well lit at night.

for all the families who visit the property. We do recommend renting a car, due to the calm area the property is situated in.
