Our stunning newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent. It is situated close to the city center and not far from the beach.

Our apartment has a modern design and brand new amenities and has a lot of natural light. The apartment is on the fifth floor, and from the windows you have a wonderful view. Everything you need to start your adventure in Benalmadena, Málaga.

The residential complex and the neighborhood is very secure and of outstanding quality.

The apartment is surrounded by various restaurants, supermarkets and fun activities. This will make exploring Benalmadena much more convenient. Location really is everything!

In the surrounding area you will find; the city center Arroyo de la Miel; where you can take the local train to different parts of Benalmádena and its surroundings (Málaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola). You will have parks such as Paloma Park on walking distance; where you can enjoy a variety of fauna and flora. But especially take a break in the peaceful surrounding nature. This is only fractions of the things you can do.

The flat is situated in a great residential area with private parking (not assigned).

It has access from the street with lots of nature nearby. There are both a ramp and an elevator in the building.

It is on the 5th floor, and has a large living room with plenty or natural light, but also different types of interior light to set the mood.

The common areas of the development provide plenty of room, security and comfort for all the families who visit the property.
