It is located a few 100m uphill from the beach, this gives you a breathtaking view of the shore and the sea. Which can be enjoyed from the first floor with an open design of the living room/ kitchen.
The apartment is of very modern minimalistic design and will give you an amazing starting point to your journey here in Benalmadena.
The residential building itself is new and in a very safe neighborhood. Inside the building you have 2 indoor garage places, a roof pool (open during summer season).
Due to the property being in a calmer part of Benalmadena we recommend renting a car or getting to know the local bus system. And we are happy to help you with this. Close by there are various restaurants, supermarkets (100m away) and fun activities to explore. This area is an absolute gem.
In the surroundings you will find; the small town Benalmadena Pueblo, where you will fall in love with the area at first sight. Also, not far away you have the city center Arroyo de la Miel; where you can take the local train to different parts of Benalmádena and its surroundings (Málaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola). Your closest train station will be Torremuelle train station. You will have parks on short walking distance; where you can enjoy a variety of fauna and flora. But especially take a break in the peaceful surrounding nature. And of course, the beach, 5min walk away. This is only fractions of the things you can do.
