The apartment is situated on a ideal location between the sea and the city center Arroyo de la Miel. You have everything from restaurants, local markets, center, grocery stores; all within walking distance of the apartment. The location really is everything.

Included in the rent is also a private assigned parking spot in the garage, but street parking is also possible right outside the building gates.

The swimming pool is seasonal, open during summer season due to the local regulations. Ask if its open during your stay.
